Tough Guy

Yeah there's three lots. One where you crawl in a 3 foot pitch black bunker which is meant to be the worse. Then one where you run through and another you slide through.

The fitness and strength won't be an issue for me, it's the cold that's going to be the bugger. Says 1/3 usually pull out due to hyperthermia hah!
 
It is extremely cold, i did it a few years ago when it was snowing and the water had frozen over.
The run and obstacles were fine but if you can, try to be towards the front of the pack during the run so you hit the obstacles before they become a bottleneck. I was stood around for 10 minutes at a time waiting to get through some of the stuff and couldn't get heat back in me at all after that which made it much harder.
Also i didn't know there was showers and changing facilities right after the finish line, i left a change of clothes in the car which wasn't close by so get your gear in there when you arrive.
It was loads of fun though and after the initial shock of the first water bit your completely numb to it after that.
 
I'd love to, but after 10 years + of smoking I only starting the Gym this APRIL.. I have no chance. Heck, even a Marathon is something I wanna do but I haven't the energy.

And no I won't quit I like my ciggies :3
