Interesting game. 69 is my best so far. It's intriguing that a wide range of strategies can get you to the 60-65 mark - it's when it gets towards 70 that you need to be more tactical. What I've learnt so far:
* storm towers suck.
* you need a balance between strong defenses on the opening row, for quick money early on, and powerful forces in the centre which can reach the whole playing area.
* you should always aim to finish them off before they reach the right-hand side of the board. It's better to concentrate your strength on the left and in the middle, as you get more money and more time between rounds if you need it.
* fewer powerful towers is better than many weaker ones. Apart from anything else, it makes your strategy easier to follow.
* plan what you're doing from the beginning as erecting new towers beyond a certain point isn't cost-effective.
So addictive
