What are your favourites, or what are the best ones?

I've been through

Desktop TD (all of them
Vector TD (all of them)
Flash Element TD
Defense Grid The Awakening
Onslaught
and Bloons (all of em)

I think i've ran out of Tower Defense games :(

I've also played most of em for the iPhone

Any suggestions peeps? :) preferably good ones to keep one amused for several hours :P
 
Get Starcraft: Broodwar, head onto Battlenet and into the Custom Maps room and join those Tower/Pylon/Bunker/Zergling/Marine/Firebat/Hydra/Muta/Ultra/Dragoon defense games!

That's where it all started for me! Ah 1998, how i love thee.
 
Afraid i can't recommend any for the PC, however if you have a PS3 handy Savage Moon and Pixeljunk Monsters are both fantastic.
 
I would only reccomend the ones that you did in the first post :)

Plants vs Zombies is a sort of similar game, if you like TD, then buy Plants vs Zombies, it's awesome :)
 
Defense Grid was made awful by the horrible voice of your AI 'helper'. God, I wanted to lose at the levels just in case in the ensuing slaughter that AI was destroyed...
 
Well one extra fan for Plants versus Zombies and TBH I rather like the narrator of Defence Grid (not to mention the game also which is 1.74 on Steam) ........
