Hello,

I'm currently experiencing frequent drops and slow speeds in my connection and my ISP are sure the problem isn't with the outside line so I've decided to look into the router and logs are showing me the following: - Is there anything to indicate the router is the issue over past few days? Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Nothing obviously informative there. You can see it dropping but not why.

Who's your ISP?
Have you checked for noise on the line?
What are the line stats (noise margin, line attenuation, etc.)?

Morning,

Thank you for the response. Here are further details and there is also a sync time of 3 days on the actual connection from what my ISP has told me but the router logs above indicate otherwise so I'm slightly confused at the moment.

I'm with a provider which resells on behalf of TalkTalk which is why I thought I would mention TalkTalk. This is the router which this reseller (provider) has provided me.

Okay, that makes sense.

There’s nothing in the figures you’ve supplied that looks like an obvious problem.

If it’s an ISP supplied router and the ISP thinks it’s the cause of the problem won’t they supply a free/cheap replacement? Last time a had a problem with my Plusnet connection they sent me a free replacement router for testing despite the fact that neither of us thought it would probably help.

If your ISP won’t supply a replacement and is blaming it for the problem your only option is to buy a replace yourself (or change ISP).
