Tracert query - router not configured correctly?

After running a tracert command after reading this thread I though it was time I queried why my router (hop 1) is showing an unusual ping time compared to other people's tracert results in that thread

It's a SpeedTouch 546 Ethernet router and has always been like this since I bought it.

Do the unusually high ping rates (in bold) mean that my router isn't configured correctly

Probably not. Most decent routers give ICMP a low priority over anything else for CPU time, so if the router's busy, it'll take it's time responding.
