this is completely true now.

City link delivered two power supplys to me.. the first one was bent to hell as some idiot had crushed it on its way.. and the second was also crushed. I ended up driving to fetch one eventually..

I also had three or four different parcel sent from OcUK all with graphics cards in.. and they arrived in bits.

Something seriously bad was happening to the stuff before it got to my house.. I don't know anyone who works for city link so that isn't why it was broken, but ever since then I don't buy anything from anyone who ships with them !
 
LOL. Oh dear.

I dropped into a shop and bought mine on a whim on the way home from work. None of this waiting to see if City Link have accidentally run over/lost/spilled tea on it.
 
If I order before 4pm, I know for a fact the nice City link Driver will knock my door between 9:50am and 10:00am.

Same driver for years, never had an issue though once he never got me in (I was) but came back on his return run about 4-6pm.
