Track where app is downloading files from.

On loading an app for the first time it will complain if no Internet. The app is downloading files. Is there a way I can see where the filesender are bring downloaded from and where the are being installed/stored to on the phone?

NoRoot Firewall will give the IP address which you can then look up on Whois.

I'm not 100% sure but you might need Root to find the location of some stored files.
