Tracking Shipping?

IIRC you'll normally get a tracking number with the dispatch email, if it's sent via a tracked service.

However you normally won't be able to use that number until later in the evening/early morning (depending on shipping method, as it has to be entered into the shipping companies computers on pickup, which can take several hours - iirc RM only show it after midnight).
 
I ordered a cpu yesterday at 4:20 with the next day delivery service,but it's still in the warehouse queue :confused:so i doubt i'll get it today :(

but why accept a next day delivery order if you can't actually get it there next day?
 
keep an eye on the tracking.

my replacement bundle was yesterday at about 5:30 am sitting in the warehouse, then at 8:00 it suddenly updated to "out for delivery".

I've checked it mate... still in warehouse queue :( fair enough if i missed the cut off point for today,but why not tell me that.. i would have arranged for it to come on friday,as i'm not able to be at home tomorrow.
 
Instead of opening up a new thread i decided to hijack this one a bit.
Yesterday i ordered a 500gb samsung f2 hard drive with 1st class post and the postman has just came with my letters but no hard drive is there anything i can do to make sure it's been shipped out?
 
mtb_king - go to the tracking site and look at what it says in the log. if it says "out for delivery" then you can expect it today.

***** - OCUK use DPD for delivery, they're a courier. It won't arrive with your Royal Mail stuff.

I live in Ireland. On OCUK it says order complete. Thats fine, but where do i get the tracking number etc and what site do I go to to track the order? I used "DPD Two Day Parcel - Eire & Scottish Islands".

Completely sympathise with you matey, I'm also in warehouse queue. On monday I was told I would definitely get my stuff by yesterday, but nothing arrived after waiting in all morning. Rang them and they said case was out of stock (oh, thanks for telling me now!) yet no email to inform me. Only good thing is they've cancelled shipping charge. They offered, I didn't ask. So make sure you call them and tell them to knock off shipping cost. Meanwhile, I don't know when they'll get case and I'm getting impatient.
