Trade Plating/Experience?

Has anyone had experience in this and if so how do you find it.I have the opportunity to work in the above sector but dont know if it is for me I do know a bit about it but would prefer input from someone who has either worked/worked in this sector.

By the way this LGV Trade plating and not car/van I know it is similar work but there are slight differences with tachos etc

I did some around 8 years ago as part time money at uni.

After delivering cars I used to hate waiting around for some kind fellow trader to pick me up and give me a lift home. Stupid trade plates.
