Once again, the sentances handed out by our disgraceful criminal justice system are absolutely pathetic, as I'm sure the Police themselves agree.

Person who threw a can through a Church Hall window disrupting a raffle and hitting an elderly woman in the face recieved a "Final Warning" OooooOoOohhh...

18 year old twoc'er, 12 months community service order. Can't remember exactly the other was like 3 months suspended sentance.

Person driving on a banned licence, no insurance, no mot, no tax, drunk, evading police, dangerous driving got just 15 months, should be 4 years at least

My old boss (the one with the M6) recently crashed his black M6 into a wall while drunk and to top it off... it was while he was trying to evade the police. He got out of the car and ran off, and when the police caught up with him, he assaulted an officer.

He got 6 months in prison :rolleyes:

Gotta love the justice system these days.
