Train service is a joke!!

I travel on South West trains every day now and there's hardly ever any delays. When there are problems, they tell you what's happening and how long they expect the delay to be. The trains are air-conditioned and there's a guard on most trains.

Agreed. In fact the only problem with South West Trains is the amount of people on them. I commute to London everyday, and as long as you know where to sit, and which ones to get they are generally good.

I would hate to go back to commuting by car. Roads drive me nuts these days.
