yeah there not puddle proof, and due to thin souls you can kinda feel the texture of the pavement lol.
but the CG Tours have nice thick souls, and you cant feel what your walking on there all padded out aswell.
6 months? Lucky... mine last me on average around 3-4 months, and thats pushing it.
My last pair lasted around 3 months..
My pair now should last me a little bit longer.
But my mum bought me some for xmas, so shouldnt have to buy any for a long time now.
Unless i choose to that is!

OP, look at the new Adicolor range if you don't want them just plain white. Some corkers
I'm also a fan of Nike Court Traditions, I have 2 pairs and they've been good for me.
Similar styles to these, diff colours:
Do you go running through the woods or something? My Air Max 95's have done just over 2 years and they're in great condition and the 2 above, one pair has done 9 months and the other about 4 months. The pair of 95's prior to my current ones held well for about 3/4 years and they were tortured as I used them for boxing/running!

Wow. All these comments about shoes falling apart after 3-6 months...etc, just goes to show what cheap overpriced crap they are, just like I have always said. Get some skate shoes, they're built to last. Mine have lasted years and years and they're still pretty much as new.
Even some of my old skate shoes lasted way longer than that and I was actually using them for skateboarding on the daily basis. Yes, skateboarding as in dragging them up what is essentially glass paper over and over.

Usually go for the infamous and much talked about skate shoes.. (my last pair were some DC somethingorothers), but fancy something a bit more light weight now.
Found a pair of the above in brown suede with a cream stripe, so gonna go with those.

from experience they last 2 minutes if you skate in them every day
i used to wear skateshoes for bmxing years ago and theyd fall apart every few months . have even had my foot go straight through the front of some DCs , the soles always fell off vans
theyre made in the same chinese/taiwanese factorys as the trendy brands you hate. some of the vans are extra bad because of there trendy "vegan friendly" materials
nike dunks are my choice of shoe for riding nowadays mainly because theyre cheap and dont look like rocket ships
