Told them i've not used my live account in about 7 months, and i've just been billed for a further year, and asked for a refund.
The lady was really nice and told me that i will be refunded and gave me a ref number.
Really suprised on how nice and helpful the woman was.
I have no complaints at all over this.... suprisingly!
