It works very well, although it cant seem to handle HD Divx on my system (A64 3200). I had a 1.6GB/Hr program and it wouldnt encode on the fly - had to let it start transcoding for 20 mins before I started watching. Seems fine for normal xvid/divx though.
To be honest though I'll still use XBMC as the quality seems better, but for those relying on the 360 its a welcome addition, and hopefully it might encourage MS to just allow the 360 to accept all codecs.
