Transcode 360 vista uninstall problem

Right am having real problems trying to get rid of this off vista 32bit. When ever i go to remove the program it says to stop it before doing so even though I allready have and can't spot it in processes?

I had the exact same issue mate, I ended up doing loads of things they mentioned on the site and forums but nothing worked. In the end I stopped it from starting up in the first place, then just removed the folder fro program files.

Then went through the registry and deleted everything to do with it.

It's now gone and how glad I am of it, it must be the worst uninstall utility in the world!
