Ive got this installed and just wondering what on earth im suppose to do with it? Does it add a program in the my programs bit? or what i cant see anything to run :s

You need MCE, Find the movie you want to play on Media Center on the Xbox, Press the X button, goto More then choose Transcode. Should work.... Hopefully, If not you have a codec problem.
