I've been using my A8Nsli-p Silicon image 3114 softraid5 controller with 2x80gig SATA2 drives, for a while now in XP32.
I've err heard that Vista has no Silicon image support, so would like to try the onboard nVidia RAID, in preparation.
When transferring my drives to the nVidia RAID array they fail to boot or even be found by the XP install.
I presume that if I clear the array & create a new one with the nVidia BIOS then they will work, though surely I don't have to sacrifice my previous set up ?.
