Transfer Outlook email to new PC? Easy way?

Hi all,

I wondered if in this day and age there was an easy way to now transfer Outlook emails, folder structure, accounts etc over to a new PC? Last time I had to do this was a while back and it was a bit of a faff iirc.

Hope to move everything from the wife's old laptop running what I think is Office 2013 over to a new HP AIO which I think has 365 on it.

Depends on your mail provider and how you're connecting.

I'm on Exchange so I just install Outlook point it at the mail server and everything comes across automatically.

The same is more-or-less true for IMAP connections.

If you're still on POP3 ask yourself why.

If your on Exchange no problem, if your not i.e pop3 then you'll need to export a .pst file and import it on the new one.
