Transferring data from IDE to SATA

Hi Peeps,

How can I transfer data from an IDE ATA drive to a SATA drive?

The IDE drive is on a PC with ATA mobo while the SATA is on a SATA only mobo

so the SATA pc has NO ide slots?

have to use a hard drive caddy, or copy over network.

It's an Abit IP-35 Dark Raider I built at the beginning of the year. I don't think it has any IDE slots.

Can you recommend a caddy?

is it just data, or an entire install you want to move? just data will be fine.. install won't be
