Exactly, Michael Bay is not known for his Shakespeare adaptations, he does big explosions with pretty girls.......this suits him perfectly. At least you know what you expect with him, and he does he better than nobody else.

It's a movie with giant robots, what do you want? The Godfather? :p

It has been stated that this is not to be the case in this movie.

The original has close up scenes because of budget contraints and the overall cost of the effects.

Due to bay having his own graphics studio now, he is able to produce real perspective shots rather than Buffy the vampire esk cut scenes
