Transformers 3- 2D or 3D?

Probably 3D. I hadnt really been that impressed with 3D until some of the more recent films. Pirates 4 wasnt bad in 3D, and while the 3D was only used to enhance (i felt) a few scenes, it didnt detract from others.

^^ :D agree!

No one really expects a good story, I watch it for the epicness of some of the scenes and CGI! Not going to go for 3D though, hate it!

Watch Mark Kermode's video review of it on his little bit of the BBC's web site.

Won't be watching it. Could barely sit through the first. Yay for Michael Bay... But, if I had to endure the misery, it'd be in 2d.

If you had no sight problems, who in their right mind would choose 2d over 3d?

3d is obviously what the director intended, I just dont get it.

I did say I wasnt going to see anymore 3D films after Pirates of the Caribbean, but the only way this is probably worth going to see is for the 3D, so thats it.

The first '3D' film i watched was Pirates 4 and was pretty unimpressed, both with the film and the 3D effects which were few and far between.

But I have booked tickets for this in 3D on the premise that most of it, if not all has been filmed in 3D and not just applied to bits after like Pirates 4.

Fingers crossed that its a much better experience this time round!
