It "Was" a Hd-DVD exclusive. It could take some time before the studio gets around to getting it pressed on BluRay even now that HD-DVD is dead.
The exclusivity is void now sure, but the studio will assume that a lot of people who want it already bought it on DVD or HD/DVD. It's now part of the back catalog, which no doubt will be released gradually.

Not always, a good EI is pretty damn fine, and Ithink audio nots used C-cores
