Yep, from what I can understand it is basically just a pretty techy Raid card with a built-in processor that takes some of the tasks away from the CPU to speed it up. It seems to be enterprise level features and depending on the price could be a pretty big thing however that depends on believing the hype that it will make your tea for you as well
