Drink lots of water.
Cleanse, tone and moisturise. Cleanse to get rid of the dirt on your skin, tone to remove and remaining dirt and tighten pores, moisturise to regain moisture.
If you're still in your teens then don't worry about it.
I'm 25 and I still get spots. I find improving my diet, getting more exercise and drinking plenty of water help but you've just got to learn to live with it, I think.
