I've tried the Polish dish Flaki and that contains tripe. It's really nice. Mmmmm.

Only time I've ever used tripe was to feed to dogs.

Wouldn't touch it myself. It looked and smelled absolutely rank.

Love to eat it but never cook it as it smells the house out

I've never tried it but if I found somewhere that could cook it properly then I'd give it a go. I'm put off doing it myself because I don't know what it should taste like or how to cook it

My Ma used to cook this for the dogs. It stinks horrid & I can't imagine eating it myself Ever.
