Hi

I have a computer that has 3 hard drives. all have installations of windows that already work on the pc on their own.

I have windows xp windows 7 and windows 10.

Whats the best way or is it even possible to have a menu at the start to select which O/S to boot from?

Thanks

In msconfig you can change the 'Timeout' on the boot menu, so it should prompt you.

I'm not sure which OS you'd have to do this from, or whether it matters?

If they're all independent of each other, just press F12 during POST (key might differ depending on mobo/bios) and that will let you pick which drive to boot from.

Hi

was also thinking this one too - see if i can make the other 2 installs on this menu.

will have play tonight.

cheers

Set bios to boot to HD with win 10 on it

Install easybcd on windows 10 , add the 2 other OS's to easy bcd menu
give a 2 second timeout before starting default OS in easybcd
