Triple monitor connection and performance question

Hi All,

I have 3 x 24" monitors connected to my RTX 2070 GPU and I was wondering if performance is affected when playing various games if I configure the game to only use say the central monitor?

Hi welcome

If you are only gaming on one then it won't affect performance. Switching to triple monitor gaming will greatly affect the framerate.

thanks for the reply. Is there a quick way of switching from triple to single monitor mode in Windows?

Right click on desktop and look in Display settings. Windows should have auto detected all the monitors and will give you options on how you want them utilised.
