Triple Monitor Setup Help Needed

Hi There i have recently bought a 32 lcd tv but cannot get it to run properly with my 2 lg 17" tfts,

The problem is that the display on the tv is out of proportion and to big for the screen, iam trying to use two graphics cards, one is a 7900gt and the other is my old 6600gt , i have my two 17" s running off of the 7900gt and the tv is connected to the 6600gt by vga as i dont have a dvi to hdmi cable yet.

Somebody suggested to use ultramon but i have not got a clue were to start or do i use the nvidia display drivers ?

someone please help

Just set the resolution on the TV to whatever it's native res is (13xx*768 ish) Should sort out the scaling issues.

right then i have managed to configure the display issues with the tv but i cannot seam to watch anything on it , all it has is a picture of my backdrop, no start bar or anything, i have tried to setup nvidias application control but it sends it to my tfts and not my Tv,

any more help or advice please help me

Depends on what player you're using, but the simples way is to set the TV as the 'primary' screen and it should work - there is a hotkey you can use to shift it around but I can't remember what it is on standard Pc's

If you play the movie windowed and drag it onto the TV does the player screen just go blank?

no it still works but the picturte quality is rubbish and the colour is very red, i have tried coneecting it diferrently, ie by VGA & Component but nothing fixes this problem, i have also tried changing the colours on the tv and on my pc but nothing works.

i was wondering if it would be better if i bought a HDMI 2 DVI cable ?
