Somebody earlier reminded me about this product. I know technically I could purchase 2 5000 series graphics cards and run eye but don't think that's best for my set up and with what 4000 series I have.

Basically I have 3 monitors that are exactly the same. 22inch 1920x1080 and I've noticed the TH2G won't support full HD although there is firmware for 3x1680x1050.

I've also seen some on a website which are around £180.00 but doesn't state whether it's digital or analogue, although there is a vga and dvi input.

Should I be looking at these or not?

Well wont a triplehead2go be more expensive than selling your 4000 cards and then buying a new 5000 series card?
EDIT:You have seen them for £180...ok scrap my idea

it's then the issue of having to sell them and the fact I can run this straight off my 3x dvi ports and I also have the chance to run gta4 off my single 2048mb 4890.

anyway I've bought the one I've seen and if it is wrong I'l return it as the picture they're showing is that of the digital version

Just sell your 4890's, and get a 5850/70
And just buy a DP>VGA adapter which are maximum £30's.

Triplehead2go digital units are what, £200 by themselves?
Upgrade for the same price basically.

you want digital version, it will run at 1920 now iirc. (the newer version ones). You will connect one of your dvi's to the box, and that will connect to your monitors. Easy to set up.....dont kick the box under your desk :), also, dont connect the wrong power supply to it, it makes it smoke and literally melts the pcb and chips inside lol.

Ah the joys of an office full of computer nubs.

I bought it any way and now waiting 2 days before it gets dispatched so I could cancel of need be but I don't see the point.

It's just with this box I can have full hd in a digital format without having to play around with mixing dvi/vga/display ports plus I still get to keep my crossfire.

the newest fw or their site has 1680x1050 even so I think it's the right choice, they're pretty good with firmware updates
