Tron themed wall build.

Like the idea of a wall mount. What's the sound levels like ?

Pretty silent - I haven't given it a proper run yet, but the dual rads keep it nice and cool.

I'm at my least favourite phase of any project - the polish bit. Now that the lighting issue has been fixed, I just need to finish reprinting the tron disc and sort out the light theme. If only I could find the motivation

wall builds are cool, how are they for being practical?

Oh no - I guess he'll never know But so far it has been brilliant - mounting it on the telescopic TV arms has proved to be a life saver, would have been a real pain if I couldn't easily access the rear.

Crazy looking build... is it not a bit noisey with it not being in a case?

Surprisingly quiet - I have a lot of excess cooling potential, so can run the fans fairly low.

Small update - I have mounted the tron disc on the PSU and it looks rubbish - it sits way too high and just looks wrong. I think I can swap the PSU onto the back of the board without having to take everything apart, so if that works, I'll be able to sit the disc flush and it should look much better. The old fire tablet that runs the monitoring software appears to have given up the ghost, so this is a good chance to replace that too.
