Trondheim - Norway

I am starting an 8 week project in Trondheim at the start of June.
Wondered if anyone had any advice, help, tips for Trondheim?

I understand that between May 20th and July 20th, the sun does not set.. that sounds cool!!

Hopefully I can find a serviced apartment rather than stay in a hotel for 8weeks! Gonna be flying home each weekend so would prefer to be able to leave stuff there rather than bring it home and back every weekend!

My brother lives in Stavanger, which is nowhere near Trondheim, but he loves it. Definitely find time to go walking.

Norway is very beautiful and picturesque.
Small population and congestion free motorways.
However its also very expensive, impossible to find a bargain on anything.

Keep away from the Lutefisk, although you're probably safe this time of year....

Trondheim, quiet bleak and remote if I remember.

Also home to one of the best bands in the world, Atrox. Enjoy it!
