Trouble placing order - PLEASE HELP!

Hi

I'm trying to place an order for this TV:

But when I confirm the order it says this:
"Sorry but your order has been declined by the payment processor"

I contacted OCUK and all i got was:
"contact your bank sir they are declining the payment not us
Regards,
Warren Dooley"

Well my bank is now closed.
Why is this happening?
I have plenty of cash in my account and I've ordered from OCUK before.

I actually saw this same tv on another site for about £300 less, but i still want to order from OCUK because i trust them, and i coulden't trust the other site.

Please help, i'd really love to get my order placed today if possible.

Nobody will be able to tell you apart from your bank mate. It could be pretty much anything.
 
Got your password correct, other than that you have to phone the bank, they could be declining for any number of reasons.

It might just be due to it being a large money and they've flagged it as a possible fraud.

Could it be that it's more than £1000 so my bank is declining it?

Has anybody else experienced this.

Im very impatient lol :(

it's probably fraud precautions, more so if you rarely use over a couple of hundred quid and then try and spend £1200 quid or something.
 
Im afraid most of the people on these forums can't help with order questions.

Give your bank a call tomorrow and then re-order with OcUK :)

If you have any other problems give OcUK a ring :)

Yes, loads of people get pulled up by it daily.

I'm sure your bank / card issuer will have a call center you can phone (maybe not 24/7 but usually quite late at night). Have a look on their website and phone whatever you can find, can't hurt :)
