My brother is having trouble with his PC (Old build). Its hanging on Mother board Logo splash screen. And then sometimes going in to windows and sometimes not. Airing more on the not going in now. There's no overclock although I've currently suggested resetting the bios. Not heard back yet. Its running off an SSD any chance that's going? I thought due to the fact he's sometimes getting in maybe not?
