So I bought a PC last year from a rival (they did finance, hence me not going to OCuK) which came with a card reader.

The other day I bought a new Lian-Li PC-7 case and built it up etc but I have no idea where the card reader plugs into. It's like a USB plug with the GND wire etc.

Checked the motherboard manual but I can't find anything that'll help.

Motherboard is an Asus A8N-E if it makes it easier.

Cheers. :)

Have you chnaged the mobo? Because if not, changing the case wouldn't affect where the card reader plugs into  Which BTW is any of these (USB78/USB56/USB910)...

iirc it should connect on to that usb header (shown above :)) with the black wire closest to the missing pin

Nice one.. will shut down now and give it a try.

And I didn't change the motherboard but I did have to disconnect the wire when removing the motherboard from the old case.
