hi! i have an Ilyama LCD monitor 23"~ @ 1080p that is having some problems, the LED lights up blue indicating that it is getting the signal from the pc alright, but the LCD screen itself is off and occasionally flickers on for half a second or so then immediately goes totally black again, i did buy the unit from OCUK and it should still be well within warranty, but id rather not have to go through the hassle!

I had a samsung that started for half a second then the picture disappeared. If I switched it off and on while connected to the PC it again appeared for a half second.
A new power supply and inverter cured it and it cost £90 to repair. It was just over three years old so Samsung did not want to know. But as it was a 1200p screen and I liked the display, I thought it worth it at the time.

I'm fairly sure Iiyama's warranty is onsite.
