Hi guys

I have just started using True Image for a task that is driving me crazy right now.
I have 2 drives, 120GB and 160GB, they are both partitioned in 40GB each (for OS) and remaining GB´s for data.
The main one i use is the 120GB drive that has a fully working xp running on it, the 160GB drive has a fresh XP that there just for emergency.
Both drives are sitting in swappable cases so its easy to swap them araund if needed.
Now to the problem i am having:
i want to transfer my current XP from the 120 drive ( that will soon go in my Xbox) to the 160 (waiting for new bigger drive to arrive).
So i made an image of both the 40 partitions to try out True image.
So far so good.....

When i try to restore the fully working XP image to the 160 drive partition and swap the drives, XP doesnt boot.
When i restore the fresh XP image ( the one i dont wanna use)to the 160 drive, it does boot fine.
I guess somewhere during the creation of the image, something gets messed up with the drive letters
Thats how they look like atm
C:120 drive (40GB partition with full XP)
D:120 drive (80GB)

E:160 drive (40GB partition with fresh XP)
G:160 drive (120GB).

Any experts out there has any tips?
Thanks in advance
