I was hopeing to buy 22 inch screen with HDCP support so I can watch blueray disk

But founds bit short at the moment

But I was reading If you have VGA input as well as DVI if you switch over to VGA for watching HD films that this by-pass the HDCP rubish I ou can watch them at full 1080p

HAve no idiea if to belive this or not but im sure theres nice person out there to put me stright

yes it does for now, untill the force hdcp encrpytion which is as easy as setting a single bit on the disc. As it stands, they are allowing analogue monitors to output at full resolution. that may very well change in the future.


i watch hd-dvd's on my kdl-40w2000 connected up to my pc with VGA @ 1080p
