Bored tonight, so set my K100D up on a tripod, set exposure to 10sec @ f16, and room lights off, and waggled the led torch around.

Not bad for a first attempt, but I think I need a better subject and try some different coloured led.

Technically looks good but as you have already said you need a better subject, something you can follow.

I've been meaning to have a go at this technique myself but not got around to it yet. Looks like fun.

I like the shot, someone on here did a great one with apples... probably Cykey or SDK.

It was. I auctioned a print of it recently and made £100. The buyer probably paid close to £400 for it. I think you do need a better subject greengiant and maybe a more uniform pattern.

How come you got £100 for something that sold for £400? Plus, where did you sell it? I R nosey :D

Gallery took a cut, as did the auction place since it was a charity auction. I can't say who my client was due to forum rules.

A cut!? Blimey that's a huge chunk. Although as it's charity I suppose it's for a decent cause. Unless of course it was £250 for the auction house and £50 for charity, then that sucks :p

Last I was told it was 50% for the charity, 25% for my client and 25% for me.

The picture I made was more of a test rather than attempt at making a good light trail picture. :)
