Trying to change directory (CD) but not changing :( (urgent)

Hey people im having a little trouble!

Its on a Server 2003 O/S I basically want command prompt to go to the E: drive but it is not changing :eek:

Currently I am doing: (CMD then enter in run command)

C:\Documements and settings\Administrator.Domainname>CD E:\

press enter and it goes back to

C:\Documements and settings\Administrator.Domainname> :confused:

Im probably having a bad day work has been crazy.. and missing something simple! but please help lol

e: (enter)
cd\ (enter)

(2nd line only needed if not at root of drive already)

remember when you glued the cpu to the heatink with thermal paste THEN put in on the motherboard socket and screwed up your CPU pins? LMFAO

no. i remember putting the cpu on the heatsink an dthen putting it into a motherboard and it worked. I also remember my dad standing on my processor and bending the pins. These are two seperate instances!
