Trying to find a good AIO (All in one) I got 25 CPU comparisons, now im confused!

I have made the list below from the cpu benchmark websites.

The first number is the cpu score (higher is better from cpubenchmark.net) and the second number is rank table 1 being best 1247 being worst(from cpu.userbenchmark.com/)

I am looking for a all in one PC 24" or so and I run a lot of google pages, I dont run games really just theme point and betting sites, I want one which is cheap enough but fast booting and fast loading my pages, im getting confused as some of the cpus below score high on rank score and low on the rank table!

Any help would be great, the 2 I am looking at are I5-10210U & Ryzen 3500U this is whats confusing as the ryzen is 600 is more score but its nearly 300 less benchmark ranked, am I missing something? if you know of any other budget AIOs processors or computers then let me know.

If you run a lot of Chrome browser tabs and games like that, I'd suggest RAM and a decent SSD will be more important to your user experience than the CPU. If you do need CPU power, cores would likely be more important than Ghz, so one of the new Ryzens could be a good fit and they're a big improvement on the last few gens of mobile CPUs.

Avoid dual cores like the plague and unless you're getting a great deal, I wouldn't want to buy an Intel prior to the 8th generation. The T and S models are often unnecessarily hobbled too, with not much difference to power consumption. Though this limitation may permit a smaller AIO.

Are you planning to use the onboard graphics?

Don't use Userbenchmark, they have been banned from Reddit for being trolls with their ranking system, for example Ryzen CPU even when they are faster than Intel equivalents get push down the rankings just for being AMD and not Intel. They have even been banned from Intel's Sub-Reddit so this is just them being fanboys/

Userbenchmark literally said "Ryzen CPU's are performing too well" so they nerfed the results, that's like competition Marxism, "Your CPU's are too good so you get penalty points"

I would like to upgrade the graphics card if thats possible but not spend a lot I wanted better than the onboard which seems to be u630 or similar, is there a good one for less than £100?
 
The new Ryzens have way better onboard than the Intel HD 630 (the higher models have more performance), they'd probably be good enough for your needs. Upgrading the graphics card can be a problem with AIOs because they often have weak PSUs and reduced space in the case, so you may be limited to low profile graphics cards, assuming it's even possible to upgrade. Does depend on size though, some AIOs are super thin with no expansion whatsoever, while others are pretty big, comparable to an ITX or M-ATX build.

Lenovo supposedly have an Ideacenter model with one in, replacing the 3500U revision with a 4600U and 4500U, but stock doesn't seem to be anywhere right now. HP might have something waiting in the wings as well, but I've not looked into it in great detail.

The thing to know about the Ryzen 4xxx based models is that they offer more cores, and better IPC, alongside far superior graphics to the IGP with most of the Core i3/i5 based models.
 
If you’ve got a 16GB SSD 3D Xpoint Intel Optane and a 8gb memory stick can you then not stick another memory card in there if it’s got 2 slots?
