Trying to find the front indicator "wedge" bulbs but not the small sized ones

I've been looking for the larger version of the wedge bulbs that are silver/chrome to replace the orange ones I have and have ordered 2 sets in the past from different places only to receive the small sized ones.

Does anyone know where I can get the large ones at all?

By wedge bulbs do you mean the 501/W5W bulbs?

It's a 21watt bulb and the manual only says that nothing else. I just know that it's not the small wedges as I have 2 pairs of those gathering dust.
