Hi just been tinkering with my overclock for a couple of days and managed to get it orthos stable for over 6 hours on blend test @ 3.3Ghz on the following settings :~
CPU FSB: 367Mhz
RAM DDR2: 734Mhz (1:1)
PCIE: 100Mhz
PCI Clock Sync: 33.33Mhz
Spread Spectrum: Disabled
Mem Volts: 2.15
CPU vCore: 1.4
FSB Term V: Auto
NB vCore: 1.25
SB vCore: Auto
ICH Chipset: Auto
Multiplier is 9 and disabled all the throttling stuff, speedstep etc.
No problems there, temps hit max of 50 degrees C per core on Orthos blend test and runs very nicely but just want to see if I can reach 3.4Ghz then just leave it.
I can get XP to boot with FSB 378Mhz (x9 = 3402) but literally crashes shortly after loading something up, speedfan or whatever and mouse freezes. At first the Mem volts were 2.10 but it wouldn't even post so increased it to 2.15 and it would boot but don't want to go higher (next is 2.25) can the RAM take it?
Any idea's for getting me to 3.4Ghz? Thanks!
