Correct me if I'm incorrect (I never did many stability tests as I've never built a powerhouse PC), but Prime95 tests only CPU and RAM correct? So if the RAM passed the test then it should be safe to assume that something CPU related is at fault; the PSU, the mobo, the fan or a mixture of the above.
It's always a good idea to test hardware before overclocking so as not to void the warrenty, this is the one and only time I ever do stability tests normally.
