Trying to make an image under 20kb - failing miserable.

I'm trying to take this file:

into a signature that's below 400 wide and less than 20kb so I can use it on here. For some reason, with my very basic skills, it's coming out too heavy at 32kb. Anyone care to knock me something up?

Hehe, I guess you just had the quality set too high when you was saving it. Or maybe trying to save to a different format.
