I'm not clued up at all, trying my best here. Everything is all AUTO volts wise. Unlocked the extra cores no problem push of a button done, just using the multi to get it up. I uped the FSB to 210, timings are 8-8-8-22-30-1T 702mhz (1400). Ran Super PI 32mb, didn't crash.

This good or bad..

Normally with black edition processors it is easier to overclock just using the multiplier rather than the FSB. This allows you to OC different elements of the set up separately and that way if you experience instability you can test which element is causing the problem.

Looks like you have a really good initial OC on your CPU there. If I were you I would go back into BIOS and leave the FSB at 200 and up the multi to 19. That will let you achieve 3.8GHz on the CPU. Then thoroughly stress test the system.

Different people favour different ways of doing this. I have always been a fan of Prime95. Run the blend test for at least 8 hours. That will check if your cpu is stable at 3.8GHz at that voltage. While you are doing this keep an eye on the CPU temp (measured by HWMonitor or similar, not coretemp) it must stay below 62*C. If the cpu is not stable then you will either need to reduce the multi or increase the voltage. If it is stable and it is not too hot then you can increase the multi and try again.

After you have found a good CPU core clock then you can look at increasing the clock of the CPU north bridge. The same process must be followed.

After you have found a good CPU north bridge clock you can look at overclocking your RAM. This will be achievable with a separate BIOS setting. This time test the ram specifically using memtest86+ or similar.

There is a lot of info on overclocking Phenom II chips here: http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18108943

Good luck!
