I think the game I'm trying to remember was an online-only game, altho there may have been an offline option. It would be at least ten years old, if not older.
The essence of the game was that there were bases in the sky, clouds essentially, and you had to expand your empire in the usual way of RTSes by taking over other clouds. That basically is all I remember. Does this ring any bells with anybody at all?
