Trying to remember the name of 90's program

I wonder if anyone can help, im trying to remember the name of an 90's kids program which (i think) was set in an american diner/restaurant...and the beginning intro was kinda funky and had the staff dancing about, possibly on the tables :confused:

Anyone remember? .... lol
