Trying to source the following computer desk

Something like this https://www.back2.co.uk/conset-501-11-centre-height-adjustable-desk.html

(but a lot cheaper) with the centre cut out, being adjustable is NOT required

Approx dims would be up 1600mm long x 720mm deep x 640mm high

The reason for the desk being so low is my gaming chair is a LayZBoy recliner

Definitely suggest making it yourself. It can be fitted to you perfectly. Any solid wood counter top can be cut easily

It needs to be lower than the average desk height @ 730mm due to the fact my gaming chair is a Lazy-E-Boy that sits lower than a normal gaming chair

The centre cut out would also allow me to sit closer to the monitor (again due to the chair I sit a bit further back than normal)

Desk is 15 years old (and needs replaced) and the chair is comfy, so not an option, unfortunately

Can you put the monitor(s) on an arm to swing it closer? Otherwise it sounds like some work surface and some adjustable legs from B&Q might in order then make a cut out as you require.

It's an LG 32GK650 so has a VESA Mount, might be something to consider, never thought of that

Have a look at Duronic arms. I have a plank bolted to a plasterboard wall then the arms screwed to that. They go up, down, in, out and swivel.
