Trying to superimpose something

OK, just having a mess about with an image I took earlier.

I had a crazy idea that the branches of a tree looked like capillaries/veins.

How would I go about superimposing a heart or lungs into this photo.Strange request I know.

I'm ok with photoshop but might find this a step too far.

You need to start by finding a similar picture, of a heart scan (i had a look, but i dont know what they are called, in this particular case) all i could find was xrays and such, which dont look like that.

I was bored so had a go for a couple of mins. All I did was find a heart on google and added it as another layer and scrolled through the different layer types until i found one that worked

I can't find a realistic looking heart otherwise i'd have a really good attempt at this over the weekend.
