Trying to upgrade gpu in ADVENT DT1310b

Hi well im trying to update the graphics card in my my ADVENT DT1310b wich i brought from pc world 1 and a half years ago. The reason why is because my current graphics card cant run arma3 very well. Ive never done this before so any help and recconmendations to good graphics wich will work on my pc would be much appreciated. Price isnt really the issue so the more powerfull the better.

Ok would a Nvidia GeForce GTX 560 Ti 1GB work with my pc and not blow up and crash?

My power supply is a fsp group inc power supply. Has any one ever heard of this brand lol?

Decided to go with the nvidia gtx 550 ti for £78 from amazon hope it wasnt a bad choice =I
